This store sold me the wrong phone! It was in a box from their back room and when I got it home, it was not a 5g, like I'd ordered in this store. You people are a scam... I'm taking this to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission ...

Professionalism here is extremely low. I just refilled my service with T Mobile only to have it not work out the blue. Went in the store to have to have this issue with no such luck. The costumer service rep, Tisha, was extremely condescending, offered no help and spoke to me in a way that made it seem like I was the stupid one when she probably has only a high school education. So I just paid $50 for a service that won't work and I can't get my money back. Don't waste your time or money here.
