The previous downbeat reviews come from experiences several years ago. Today's team is attentive and helpful. I transitioned from AT&T (Public enemy number one) and the kind SPRINT agent copied all my chip details over to my new phone. All contacts, and other things, copied over! It took several minutes, but he did it. The unlimited data plan was plenty good for me. I am confident that these folks will take care of me going forward.

Well, although this happened in 2010, I'm posting now because I was considering upgrading to a new phone and remembered my last experience. Came to this store because of a "Trackball" issue--wife had the same issue (Store replaced by ordering a new one)--so since I bought both phone's at the same time (Tour) figured issue was common and they would either fix the trackball or give the same service given to my wife. Very poor customer service. Sprint should be ashamed to have this outlet market their product(s). Example: I signed up for Sprint (great service), however the two of the 3 phones on our plan stopped working within 6 months. We have insurance; but the phones are obviously faulty. This store, would not fix or replace. They explained they are a 3rd party for Sprint. (Translation, no customer service). I called Sprint directly, they are shipping two new phones. RATING 0October, 2008, I lost my cell phone in Mo.; paid $249 plus tax for replacement. The store manager's attitude was racist in nature and basically reeked with stench. Manager (l.w.) told me that I would not be able to get a refund unless I physically returned to her store even though I live in Texas; I knew she would be a problem. Although every detail necessary for getting my money refunded was addressed, I felt she would act immorally instead of fairly honoring Sprint's Policy.
