Finally after a year of trying to figure stuff out with T-Mobile I was able to work with one representative that actually helped me. I would not recommend this branch in Eastwenatchee wa to anyone. Thank you very much after a very frustrating year to the lady that helped me. Even tho it was to late and I am switching carriers she was still very respectful in helping me get my plan under control. Still a couple little things to deal with but man I am so thankful.
