They will lie to you just to get you to switch. I was told that my phone from AT&T would be paid off up to $650. Lies. They apply your trade in phone value on your T-Mobile phone instead of towards your pay off for your previous phone. Also, they’ll put that whatever credit left towards your bill. Now I’m stuck paying the $290 bill to pay off my AT&T bill because they’re only giving me $6.
