This is the WORST company ever and the costumer service is horrible. One of the “specialist” personnel sold me an unlimited plan plus 10Gb of Hotspot, but instead they reduced my internet service and now I’m out of internet. I Called T-Mobile costumer service an they told me that they can do nothing to help me and that I have to pay extra money because apparently the plan that They sold me is not unlimited at all.
