You ever been so completely disgusted with a company, store, or employee that the thought of EVER going back or speaking with anyone that works there literally gives you physical nausea and anxiety. Ya. That’s how I feel about the T-Mobile on brooks and reserve in Missoula. It’s been multiple weeks and we’re still sorting through the mess two employees and even a manager caused. RecommendedDallas and Evan took really good care of me and my family. We set up 5 new phones and a tablet, and Dallas kept her cool and didn't get frustrated with me and how long it took. I got a military discount and business discount... AT&T never offered me ANYTHING like that in 12 years! I highly recommend the T-Mobile right on the corner by Petco and Cabelas in Missoula.
Switched from Verizon and they said I can keep my old phone... turned out they want to charge me for it. Then they said they would reimburse me a monthly payment to make up for it.... now they're not allowed to. They feed you a bunch of lies cause they have no idea what they're policies are. And now I can't even get reception inside my new construction houses. 1 percent difference they say.... more like 40 to 50. Verizon might charge a little more but it's worth it. I will never recommend tmobile for anybody.
