Used to be good but now the worse location compared to St Michael’s. The good staff from this store either left or are now at the St Michael’s location. I was waiting with 3 people behind me and no one acknowledged any of us for 10 minutes. Pretty sure there were managers working there too who didn’t even acknowledge our presence. It gets 2 stars just because there are still 1 or 2 good employees, but most are not.

Be careful. Last Monday I went to make my cash payment, before doing it I asked the man who attended me if it was possible to make my payment, to which he replied yes, only that he had to charge me an extra commission for paying in his store, to which I agreed, I did not ask for a receipt since I trusted, but I never received a confirmation message, so I went to see what had happened and they only denied me everything the man denied having seen my face but then he said that if they had the money in his box but that they coul... read more

Came in at a decent time is what I thought only to be told it was a hour wait which wasn’t a big deal to me, ONLY to be wrong and told about 8 minutes after being helped they were done doing transfers when I told the lady from the beginning that was the reason I was there. Proceeds to tell me I have to buy the phone I was looking at online & at the store, couldn’t at least help me one bit for the process, Was rude aswell. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & VERY RUDE.
