wildly inefficient and unprofessional. I had to wait over an hour in store to buy a new phone. During that one, I saw an employee get frustrated with a caller and hang up on them and say "I'm not dealing with that."
I wanted to switch carriers and purchase a new Pixel 10 Pro 256. I learned from the sales person this is really difficult to do and requires that you first work with your current provider to release your numbers. I used to think these people get a commission but not anymore I guess. I used to know Christine that worked here but that level of help is gone. Save your time and money and avoid this place.
This is a good store with knowledgeable staff. I'm sure it gets crowded, but mid-weekday there was no wait.
I think it’s the luck of the draw with these places. This is the best local store.
