I had a problem with my phone and they fixed it happily.
The guy I delta with was a jerk. I went in for help with syncing my new phone to my watch. He examined my new phone, and told me that I got a pretty cheap phone, and that I was better off with my old phone. Then he laughed at me. He was a very very short man, the only sales person wearing pink. This guy is a jerk.
Only one employee working and a long wait time but he was very helpful
