I’m so disappointed in the representative here. We had a great experience when upgrading our phone. We were told to pick out one case, one charger, and one screen protector for “free”. The rep said they were running a promotion. I get home, review my bill a couple months later, and I learn that they had sneakily financed every single item on my monthly bill. The customer service at the Elburn store is exceptional. Antonio is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible customer experience. I will definitely return to the Elburn store for services and equipment.
I went into the Elburn store to buy a new phone. The sales rep talked me into signing up for their "promo" -- if I added two lines, I'd get two "free" phones. I talked to my daughter-in-law and she needed a new phone, so I went with this "promo". The rep said the total increase in my monthly T-Mobile bill, including taxes, line charges, and installment payments would be $28/mo. for 24 months. Then he said I can cancel the lines and own the phones outright. But when my next T-Mobile bill came it was $61/mo. higher! I called T... read more
