Excellent service. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the gentleman that assisted us, but he was the manager that evening. I was there to do a trade in, and not only was he helpful and efficient, but he gave us tips on the new phone.

I’m so disappointed in the representative here. We had a great experience when upgrading our phone. We were told to pick out one case, one charger, and one screen protector for “free”. The rep said they were running a promotion. I get home, review my bill a couple months later, and I learn that they had sneakily financed every single item on my monthly bill.
