This place is dishonest. They were friendly but so are most con artists. They would not sell a phone with out buying there insurance. They said it is like a car and insurance is required for all phones. I told them I wasn't interested in the insurance and its not a car but a phone. but they said the only way they can sell with out is to double the phone price. First off, I have been waiting for ANOTHER T-Mobile to open up in town because the one on Florida and Kirby is home to the worse customer service ever!! I went to activate 3 new lines of service for my wife and daughter and the employees were rude and arrogant. The associate who helped, well tried to help but managed to quote me $40 over and chase me out the store should be fired.
