I took my cell phone to this location (as opposed to where I bought it at the Mall location since we signed up for t-mobile there & I wasted about 3 hours for those people to program my phone correctly!) PLEASE folks, go to this store instead. Has all the devices you would want AND smart, helpful, kind employees like Cecille who cleaned my phone of harmful apps and patiently educated me on some features. The store is easy to locate and plenty of staff to assist you. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour.
