Great customer service from Jordan today. So happy to be up and running with my new phone. Corey and Jordan are a tremendous asset to the Team Mobile Store
Disappointed with my last visit. Ordered a phone through a warranty and was informed it would arrive a few days later (just before a vacation). It is now a week without the phone and I won't get it for another 5 days (this includes Thanksgiving holiday with family). So my phone/camera is missing memories from an epic vacation and family time. I surely hope Tmobile makes efforts to work with me when we discuss my bill.
