I came into this location and had the best customer service that I had experienced in years. There was a sales associate named Robert working who went above and beyond to help me get the right phone plan and phone. He had a coworker who was very nice and helpful aswell, but Robert really made me feel as if i was a valued customer and worth his time. I will always choose t-mobile from now on thanks to his knowledge and kindness towards me. Thanks Robert.
The other t-mobile stores around the city have better customer service. For a second, I thought I was in an AT&T store but then I looked at the phones and remembered that AT&T has better phones but poor service! 2 thumbs down and a big ol' frown.
greedy. gonna buy a new phone the day it came out. was told that i could not buy it retail, had to get it with renewal or new activation. went to another tmobile store that day, got it without any problems or excuses. GREEDY MANAGER!
