I went in tmobile about a week ago, and i was super stressed out because my phone bill was $168 a month for some odd reason. I've talked to previous employees via phone and they were no help, & even the customer service line where the employee didn't help me at all with getting the best deal, he just mentioned that yeah my bill was high for one line but did nothing about the situation at all. Always a friendly greeting as I enter & goodbye as I leave. Neat & tidy store. Highly knowledgeable & helpful staff. They strive to get you in & out in a a timely manner. Have overheard customers come in with an issue; get it resolved & the customer leaving happy. Great t-mobile store!

If I can rate T-Mobile service 0 star, I would !! I have bad experience with the Service. I recently open a non contract line with T-Mobile and while I m at the store the customer service are very nice to me. Telling all kinds of features and promise me a lot of things. Sound too good to be truth. That's rite, day one I call tech support for No signal and I can not make a phone call. Day 2 same thing but different person. This store location is very unprofessional. The representatives are always talking about personal things and not addressing the customers. They are loud and seem to be focused more on getting off work than assisting the customers. Many of them are more often on their own personal calls while assisting customers. Their computer system is down more than being available. In November, they were off line at least twice in that month. They demonstrate a caviler attitude and I hate going in the store. This is NOT a CORPORATE store.They are PRIVATELY owned and make money on marked-up T-Mobile devices and plans. They're very deceptive and don't even have mock-ups of phones to display. They tried to sell my boyfriend and me a 3G plan for our S5's which they said was MANDATORY but that we could call T-Mobile the next day and change it to 1G, which we did and were told by T-Mobile that the Cambridge store was wrong in telling people they have to sign for 3G. Told me my S5 would be overnighted but when it didn't arrive, told me... read more

This store has horrible customer service, and don't think the manager will help, he is the rudest one. Save yourself aggravation and go to the one on Broadway and Alameda, where they are friendly and helpful to customers and to one another.

I have never heard of such a rudeness come from an employee at any store. This young lady plainly didn't know her product and was extremely rude to my Grandson who was wanting help with his new phone. We had just purchased a new phone for his birthday and it hasn't been working properly on texting. He took it back to the store for assistance...all he got was excuses like "it's the network, they have been having trouble". I called T-Mobile and chatted with a representative for over 30 minutes. I've been in several T-Mobile offices and the sales people at Tiger Town have always greeted me when I come in, as with other customers that come in, the workers to me on a scale of ten,10 they are!
