Nothing but liars and cons. Went there to get some UE speakers and without pulling up my account the guy there told me I need to put down $70.00, I laughed at him, went to another T-Mobile store and they helped me out a lot. No money down and just needed to pay for sales tax and that was it. DO NOT GO HERE!!! BAD BAD BAD SALESMAN!!!

Well the salesman lied to my face about a free tablet blah blah blah and that all we needed to do is pay the taxes for the device and that it was only $25 a month for the service. What a liar, I get a $75 bill for the line on a tablet?! They are a bunch of liars and I will update this once I talk to the salesman and his manager.
Before I worked here I was a customer here. I absolutely love these guys.
These people don't even deserve 1 star. Went to get a phone from insurance that I was paying for and these frauds instead of using my Insurance for my replacement phone they charged me for a brand new phone . DO NOT deal with this fraudulent company . I have been a customer for years and this is how they treat their customers? And they will not do anything to fix THEIR mistake , so now I am stuck paying for a brand new phone that I should have NEVER been charged for!! This is stealing from your customers .
Ask for Hannah Griego! She's one of the best in the phone Industry!
