I paid to upgrade my iPhone XR to a 12 mini Feb 2021. From day one, my phone wasn't connecting to the network. I went to this store to get help, and they suggested switching from a Tmobile sim card to a Sprint card. Cool. Tried that for a few days, and nothing was fixed. So I spent hours on support chat (because I couldn't make a call) and in the end was told to contact Apple about warrantying the phone.
