WROST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Specially this girl name ANGELICA VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. They treat me if i stole my phone she ask if see can see my phone to see if my phone was with them.

I stopped for a T-Mobile Tuesday promo where you get either a T-Mobile branded beanie or some winter gloves. I had called in to make sure all was good and that there was some promo items left. So I drove over and was greeted by ceaser at this store. I was disappointed when I was told there wasn't anymore items left, but after a good 10 minutes I was given "the last one" of their promo items. The place is spacious and T-Mobile staff modern. Would try a different store next time.

Overall I am not happy with T-Mobile.... The Note 7 exchange is more complex for people who have either paid off their device or have paid a down payment... and current process is leaving many of us with excuses and no phones... However this location has a good staff... Roxy was awesome she did everything in her power to fix the problem instead of finding a explanation to why she couldn't process my refund...
