They were very helpful and save me a lot of money there was an over 55 plan it was a real blessing the manager there is a woman and extremely helpful she actually cared about me and the other customers you hardly find it anymore of course they recommend them where else to get personalized service it’s been years for me I won’t say where are used to be but I wouldn’t go there again and I was with them for 25 years

I cant give a 0 and Im Not going into full detail, I rather talk with someone who has more experience and will be talking with someone, the Customer services is a joke. I was doing what I was told by an employee and he was at least telling the truth instead of giving me the run around and when he wasnt there all I got was attitude from two other employees (ciara)one being the "supervisor (rhaheem)" being rude isn't right especially when I was trying to ask a question or explain, I think everyone in this location except lacy ... read more
