So, just leaving this store after waiting for about 20 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the help. I finally get waved over to the back and this little Vietnamese man begins to tell me he can't help me. I'm already unhappy because I've been on the phone for about two weeks with these dummies trying to get a phone replaced per the warrant i have been paying for.
