Zahara ! :) Your customer service was absolutely amazing today (Tuesday, Sep 3,2019). She was not only there to help my old mother for almost 2 hours to transfer her plan from Sprint to T mobile but also she was on the phone to me (In Canada) to explain the best possible plan we can get so I can translate it to my mother who has a language barrier.
