My mother and I came to this store while in the US to get two tourist SIM cards. Shortly after we had paid and inserted the SIM cards we found that one of the SIM cards wasn’t working. The sales assistant told me that the transaction hadn’t gone through and that he needed to process it again. He was wrong and as a result we were charged for three separate SIM cards when we only received two. We went back to the store today to sort out a refund. T-mobile overall gives me excellent customer service, this particular store not so excellent but no one is perfect. 9 years with T-mobile and they are good to me, I appreciate that.
