Tried to order T-Mobile phone by phone. T-Mobile doesn't ship to PO a Box, nor would they shipped the phone to a T-Mobile store. And the T-Mobile stores do not list a phone numbers online. I'm a T-Mobile customer I can even buy another phone.Your sales service is horrendous, and not customer friendly. Like most large corporations they did not listen to the customers and their complaints, so I don't see any positive change coming, And I will spread the news.
