It was fairly busy when I came in. I thought I would be waiting a long time. But I was pleasantly surprised, my wait time was five minutes at most. The representative ( whose name escapes me right now ) was knowledgeable and got me on a great promotion they are running. Overall good experience.

My Galexy S4 was damaged and needed replacement. I went to the T-Mobile Store on Nordahl and Hwy 78 where the placed my order. The salesman who placed the order told me T-Mobile would ship out a reconditioned pone, and it would arrive "tomorrow". When it didn't arrive, I called and was told that due to back orders it would take 11-12 days. When it arrived yesterday evening, I saw part of the problem was the delivery.
