Friendly Service, Good Prices While I did not ultimately choose T-Mobile I have to say that I was pretty darn tempted. The staff are really nice, and they are also helpful in that they provide current information on their competitors. They also had what I considered to be a quality phone selection. My one pet peeve is that the staff person working with me was not completely up front about calling other T-mobile customers. I was told it's free but when I read the fine print that feature is listed as $6.99 per month.
