My rating is only for my last experience. Word of advice, you must use the words trade in, or they won't do that. I mentioned I was there because we didn't want to pay for a phone we couldn't and didn't use any more numerous times and in all the discussion and nice talk with this guy, he didn't KNOW that's what I wanted so now I have to return the new phone we got to re-purchase and pay an extra $50. I am beyond pist.
