I had a very bad experience As a first time customer went into the store at 10:00 am switched from Sprint to T-Mobile the sales person was very nice and helpful didn't give us a hard time at all we were very happy with the service "friendly and fast" However hours later I received a call from someone questioning me about my phone how I got a hold of the simcard I was very upset about this she told me my line was going to shut down I was not going to have service, she said that if I didn't make it by 7:00 pm my service was go... read more
