not so much t-moblie but this location has some employees that could be better tranied.also when there are 3 people in the store it should NOT take 20 minutes to pay your bill.to busy trying to sell then to assist customers
I didn’t like how long it took to complete Purchase and set up (Over 2 hours) But left with the iPhone 8 plus. I also feel when spending the Kind of money, I did, I shouldn’t have had to turn around and spend an extra $100 to protect the screen/phone.

Great customer service. They handled angry customers very well and made it known that they do not tolerate customers belittling them or other customers.
I was in here last night b/c my phone completely quick working and the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone with Tmobile support was uneducated and couldn't help me. John helped me switch my plan (saved me an extra $20 a month) got me into a new phone and had me out the door within 20/30 minutes. He was super nice and extremely helpful. Thanks again for all your help, it was probably the only good experience I've had with TMobile in the 5 years i've been with them lol
