Went in in February to upgrade our phones, only to find out 2 months later one of the phones that was supposedly brand new was in fact used and linked tona fraudulent account now I'm without a phone until their fraud department can figure it and they are doing nothing about it to help me out! Seriously considering switching providers!!
Have been in and out of that store over 7 times in the past few weeks. Went in last week for a warranty exchange on my phone and they told me everything was set I would be getting my phone Monday or Tuesday of last week. I called customer service to see if they can track my device. Only to hear that the never even sent it. I have waited a whole week for something that was never even going to come .
