The website needs a little fine tuning... T-Mobile is ok if you are looking for a cheaper way to talk to friends and family. I spend 900-1000 minutes each month talking just to my husband. So the free family minutes really helps out. Over all though we experience more dropped calls and difficulties with accessing their website than we should. So I say it's satisfactory. If you don't mind having to call several times to finish a single conversation with one person.
A+ to customer service they have been very nice with me. i experienced troubles with my cell phone and they did the best they could to help me. they have nice phones.
Amazing Customer Service! I had low expectations when I went to get business cell phones for our company and personal cell phones for others. I had just got finished with having a bad experience with another carrier so I figured they would all be the same - then I happened upon the T-Mobile store at 33 East Colorado Blvd in Pasadena, CA.
