Shame on Samsung/T-Mobile! National campaign for free 1Year Netflix, and free VR headset. Was teetering on wether to spend the money on the S7, and my Netflix was about to expire. So I spend the money, submit the paperwork for the Netflix offer including the exact required items. They gave me the VR headset at the store so all I had to do was wait for the Netflix renewal code. They claimed it would take 6-8 weeks to process, which is crazy. After 12 weeks I enquirer about my code, and I am told I purchased at a not qualifyin... read more
Worst company for customer service. Disappointed in making the choice of going to them T-Mobile is greedy and is all about stealing from people. Knowing what I know now about the way they handled my wife's account I will not ever recommend this network to anyone the managers are trained like robots makes me sick (rochelle & Kyle,)
