Worst company for customer service. Disappointed in making the choice of going to them T-Mobile is greedy and is all about stealing from people. Knowing what I know now about the way they handled my wife's account I will not ever recommend this network to anyone the managers are trained like robots makes me sick (rochelle & Kyle,) from headquarters
