Elijah and Julissa were super helpful in getting our iPhone 16’s. Phone companies make it so difficult with so many hoops to jump through to get the best deal. Elijah made it easy to understand. Our minds weren’t yet made up, so we took some time to consider. He was patient, and understanding, it didn’t feel like we were getting ripped off at all. I’ve been a customer with T-Mobile for a couple of years now & I can say I have never had a bad experience up until I walked into the Brea Mall location. First off the guy couldn’t help with my payment, he didn’t even try to start off with he just said payment arrangements can’t be paid early but funny coincidence I was able to pay it on my phone after walking out. I have been a customer with T-mobile for over 2 years, and they have had amazing service the entire time. The one time we had an issue, Elijah from the store at the Brea mall was incredibly patient and helpful! I highly recommend visiting this location!

Julisa was very knowledgeable and an incredible help for my wife and I to upgrade a phone and plan, and even add a better internet plan to the preexisting one at home.
