Very disappointed. We had purchased two phones through TMobile and specifically mentioned that we need it unlocked because we travel frequently between the US and Europe. They told us that we can unlock our phones anytime after a couple of months and that we will have no issues when traveling abroad. So therefore we had purchased the phones and are paying monthly for it. Horrible service. Jill the manager started arguing with me and then she told me her Dad almost died due to covid and that I shouldn't tell her I was in quarantine for 12 days and had no way tonrwtyrn my phone.
