Worst experience ever!!! Alexis rep was rude, sarcastic and it went to the extreme to call me stupid. I feel dumb for trying to bring business to t-mobile by buying another phone and even worts for trying to scrutinize the fees that I have to pay for... This is how you loose loyal Customers that have been with your company for so many years
