I come here to pay my bill everymonth and they are always so sweet and helpful. I always enjoy coming to this location. Other stores just try to rush you out but this one is always so kind to you
I am elderly and they sold me Samsung a17 misleading me saying I have a deal on my account. I have a Samsung s24 that works just wanted help deleting apps because it was slow. They also sold me a tablet and told me it was free. When what they did was downgrade my plan to make it look like my tablet plan was free. They also told me the cheap a17 was free. But I'm paying for it $9.59 a month. My s24 is a better phone and they convinced me to get a new phone to sell me a "free tablet" that I'm paying $30 a month for. They downg... read more
Came in to change to paper billing and the lady was so sweet and helpful. Told me I can pay pay a cheaper rate buy I'll come back to this location next time
