this place abuses and scams the elderly. grama came in and they told such amazing wonderful things and it all came out as lies and they tried to massively overcharge her bill for things that are on recordings as free. when she tried to return it under the time limit for returns as is allowed and also stated in the recordings from the phone calls made about this issue but when she went in the staff literally refused to speak to her and called the police over her trying to make a return. this isn't one of those "missing contex... read more

Had a wonderful time at T-Mobile. The woman who helped me had some nice jams going, made me feel at home. Great smile and welcoming. In person customer service is much better, than dealing with some automated thing. Thanks again, much appreciated.
DO NOT GO HERE. I made the mistake of ignoring all the 1-star reviews on Yelp and paid for it with 10 hours of my life. Avoid this place like the plague and visit a corporate T-Mobile store instead. (Edited to Add: They comment on negative reviews asking you to email them, but never reply. I emailed them before and after posting this review and have received zero responses.)
