If I could give this store a 0 I would! The WORST NIGHTMARE of an experience I have EVER had. Let’s not mention when you walk in you’re never greeted. It smells like marijuana. I had another great experience at T-Mobile! The service was excellent, and Yani went above and beyond to help me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything simple and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Yani if you stop by!

I've been coming to this location for some time now. There's a nice lady by the name of Yani who is always so helpful there. Not sure if she's management, but if she isn't she should be. Has a charismatic personality, and greets one once they step through the doors. I always appreciate her help. Thank you again Yani.
The manager is a liar and a cheater, I went in because my phone broke and I needed a new phone, I was happy with the current plan I had, but this manager kept me there for 4 hours and I walked out with tablets, new wifi box, a tracker and a few other things I didn't want or need, cost me $174 in taxes, I already have T mobile home internet but she said I needed new upgrade box but it was the same box I already had, I had to go back next day for 2 hours to have data transfered from old phone to new phone, then she tells me I ... read more
