Yani and Jacky are some of the most patient and honest T-Mobile representatives. We came in at 4 pm after 5-6 years of using the same phones and knew it was the time to upgrade, immediately Yani gave us the best deal possible for my family and I, Yani stayed until past closing time to make sure we had everything ready and set. We bought 6 phones, 2 tables, and an Apple Watch, more than what we thought of getting due to an amazing deal. Jacky was also very supportive along her. 1000% will return.

Yani and Jacky are THE BEST! They fixed an ongoing problem that has persisted despite multiple calls to customer service. Their perseverance paid off! They went above and beyond and were cheerful and friendly the whole time.
I’ve been coming here for i don’t know 5 years and they are always helpful and kind to me. I’m a old veteran with no phone knowledge and the ladies are always sweet and helpful. The manager is amazing and knows her stuff!! I highly recommend to stop by this location if you want to be treated with kindness and respect.
