Yani has been an incredible help to me and my family. She has gone above and beyond to help us. I recommend anybody and everybody come to T-Mobile and Concord and ask for Yani to help you and you will be amazed.
I came to upgrade my phones and yani was the best 👌 the way she slowed things down and explained things to me. Im glad I came to this location instead of going across town to willow pass
Yani provided false information while registered my trade in devices with iPhones I was not supposed to return. She was so rude after she made contract for me. Definitely do not believe T mobile and their promotions. Waste of time and money. Zero
was told by Ebony almost two years ago that because of our plan we qualified for two free tablets. I remeber asking what was the catch she said nothing it’s completely free. When trying to understand our bill I called to get a break down of everything we pay for and we have been paying for the service for two years this whole time! We never used the tablets.
