Especially Amber was extremely knowledgeable about the most appropriate and cost saving phone that suits my needs. She took care of my complicated billing issues and set me up with the best pricing for my family plan and extra devices too. I was there on 9/9/25 & 9/12/25. Both days I have to say we're great customer service. I was able to ask questions & upgrade. The manager, Yano was there both days & took extra care of me. I will recommend this location to friends & family from now on. Thanks again, Yano for all your help & guidance
If I could give this store a 0 I would! The WORST NIGHTMARE of an experience I have EVER had. Let’s not mention when you walk in you’re never greeted. It smells like marijuana. One of the sales associates was sleeping head down on the counter yesterday when I was in the store. I’m sure their corporate manager can find that on security footage.
