Save your time and go to the actual corporate store, the customer service is absolutely brutal here , they lie about not having the phone when it clearly says they have it online they have messed up my bill multiple times and lie. Manager never holds reps accountable , like I said save your time and go to the corporate store way better , won’t add random lines
This place sucks with customer service. I wasn't even there to buy a phone I was trying to drop off a phone I found so they can help get it to its owner that's on their service. I could probably find the owner faster than they could help me.
I'm honestly annoyed with the manager Mat, I went in to get insurance for both of my phones he was so focused on convincing us to get wifi and trying to sell us on it that he forgot to put the insurance on our phone. What has me more upset and mad is he told us many times he put the insurance on both the phones only to find out today that he didn't he basically lied to our faces. Please don’t trust this store they are scammers and will added unauthorized charges in your line.
I knew a friend that was being charged an extra phone line for 2 years, and when he found out, the sales person tried dodging him everytime he went there to confront her and they won’t even pay him his money back. The workers here are very rude and they don’t care about customers, I do not recommend going here!!
