The best service by Haseeb, Alma, and Malik. Malik was very good and helpful overall great customer service Love y’all. Good times!
Terrible service. They also don't specify that they are not T-Mobile stores, but rather a retailer. The employee, Alma, and another employee, wanted to charge me for a glass replacement, which I have protection for.
Terrible customer service received from Steven, who walked out on me while having a conversation when I said for the third time I was not ready to buy into the plan he was offering. I understand is commission based pay, but at least have some manners. Not recommend to anybody. Go to a different store.
Why in the world would someone refuse to help my elderly mother put her screen protector on? This is our phone carrier and my mom literally just went in there (as she has before to many T-Mobile locations) to get a screen protector and someone can put it for her. And because she doesn’t have the insurance??? What does the insurance have to do with helping a client who clearly needs help. Absolutely disgusted with the service here.
