I arrived to this store to purchase a screen protector. Upon entering, both employees (2 men)were assisting a customer but didn't offer a greeting or acknowledgement. I stood around for about 10-15 mins and continued to be ignored. If your in the area and need services, keep driving and find another store/location.

Very very bad. I went there to set up an account for my business in the middle of setting up the account my little kid wanted to use the restroom they refused so I stopped the whole process and left

I visited this location yesterday and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. In fact, I was so disappointed that I left and drove to another T-Mobile location that was much farther from my home. When I walked into the store, there were two employees assisting customers, which I completely understand. However, at no point did either employee acknowledge my presence.
