This location has awful customer service! I came in inquiring about watch promotions, first I was given wrong information about the promotion and second and most important they took it upon themselves to add two lines to my account without my consent, after I clearly told them I would come back the following day!!! Horrible experience, horrible customer service!

Terrible service. They also don't specify that they are not T-Mobile stores, but rather a retailer. The employee, Alma, and another employee, wanted to charge me for a glass replacement, which I have protection for.
