If i can give less than zero i would and love to do it They are punch of thieves unprofessional and unexperianced They have no idea what is the T-Mobile plans or how it works They try to steal my money and i end up getting my money back over the phone from customer service If i have time i will not hesitate to sue the joke manager they have ...... he has no clue and stupid as well as big mouth

Customer service is non existent in this store. I was told to go to another store because they can’t do it.

If I could rate lower I would. This store never picks up the store phone and does not fix their own mistakes. I would appreciate if the store was a little more competent but it looks like no amount of training could fix them. If they would at least put half the effort into fixing current customer issues as opposed to sending us to other locations to get them fixed, that would be great. At the end of the day they don’t care about the customer just their pocket.
