Very knowledgeable people!
I came there with a dying phone (new set up) knowing that the POSTED hours on the door say until 7pm. Nope, they went home at 6. That wouldn't bother me if that matched the posted hours. You guys have had plenty of time to update both the door sign and Google if nobody feels like working until 7pm anymore.
The Worst T-Mobile store in my opinion. Was waiting for over a week for my Replacement to come and it finally does and in order for me to get my Replacement phone and turn in my old phone, i needed a Manager approval.Even though there is no visible damage cracks/water. The LED screen comes in and out and is like the poltergeist phone. But for the fact that at that very moment the screen wasn't showing the display and without the managers approval i would get charged.
