Good customer service nice employees
I had a terrible experience at this location with one salesperson name Francisco who shouldn't be doing sales because he had awful customer service skills. His attitude and no expertise on how to sell the product made me to never want to enter that location. Definitely needs to be retrain.
Great service i am super happy and excited. I came into the store and got greeted with a smile and friendly welcome from sabrina. I came in for an upgrade moving from iphone to samsung and sabrina helped me with adding a watch earbuds and tablet so i can have a whole package. Super happy with my experience here at this location thank you sabrina for the positive energy I felt super welcomed i will definitely be returning just for her and her service only .
I was extremely blessed to have walked in and greeted right away by Sabrina. She was so patient with me answered all my questions and even helped me with my tmobile app. This young lady was signing people in and helping me out talk about great customer service/multi tasking. I definitely will be going back to her thank you again sabrina.
