I broke my phone and i had visited several stores looking for the phone I wanted. I was frustrated with the events of the day and the customer service I had received up to this point. But Sabrina at the Camarillo store shows empathy and amazing customer service. Active listening to my needs and my frustration. She remained calm despite my visible anxiety. I recently had to replace my iPhone, and upgrade. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Jose G At the Camarillo location. Jose is extremely knowledgeable about all the products, and services. He not only made made the experience quick and painless, he saved me money! Since I have had a couple of issues, and Jose has Assisted in resolving those immediately. Jose G Is an Exemplary employee, With amazing customer service!
