RecommendedVery helpful staff at this location. I found reps at El Cerrito location to be a bit too pushy but have had three excellent sales & service experiences at the Pinole location. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer all of them in a friendly manner and seem to genuinely care about their customers. I also witnessed a store manager being supportive and kind to her employees and seeming to genuinely care about them. Overall I would definitely recommend this store to others. Sorry to say but if you are helping someone to setup their phone do the job and help don't mess the product you put the plastic cover but you still managed to don't put it correctly
