I ordered a phone with the customer service line and didn't send me my charger. Marc was cool enough to help me out and give me one of the extras they had in store. Would recommend coming and seeing him in store.
I got a phone from t mobile I.Merged, my account from metro to them.I went into the store with the information of my number that I wanted to keep. And the lady that works, there wouldn't help me.She said, I had to go to metro.I guess cause I wasn't purchasing anything or she wasn't making a sell. She wasn't very helpful. She sent me away.
