The young people who work here are very helpful and make your visit enjoyable and comfortable
The rep was more concerned with her text messages than she was providing information of which I was able to find easily on the T-Mobile site. She also helped the only other customer who walked in without answering my questions and providing information about a hotspot.
I just don't like tmobile and the other options are even worse. Priscilla was chewing gum, and got my name wrong 2x. Zero welcome or acknowledgement of us walking in , though she did let a person know that we were there before them so that was good. We were able to add a 2nd line and got that all taken care of.
