I had a really disappointing experience at this location, mainly because of Adrian. From the start, he seemed uninterested and unprofessional. I felt rushed the entire time, and when I asked questions, I either got vague answers or an attitude. What really bothered me was overhearing him speaking negatively about other customers while I was there. The young people who work here are very helpful and make your visit enjoyable and comfortable
The rep was more concerned with her text messages than she was providing information of which I was able to find easily on the T-Mobile site. She also helped the only other customer who walked in without answering my questions and providing information about a hotspot.
