I got a phone from t mobile I.Merged, my account from metro to them.I went into the store with the information of my number that I wanted to keep.And the lady that works, there wouldn't help me.She said, I had to go to metro.I guess cause I wasn't purchasing anything or she wasn't making a sell.She wasn't very helpful.She sent me away.
I had a really disappointing experience at this location, mainly because of Adrian. From the start, he seemed uninterested and unprofessional. I felt rushed the entire time, and when I asked questions, I either got vague answers or an attitude. What really bothered me was overhearing him speaking negatively about other customers while I was there.
