The service was good. I had a problem with my phone not wanting to charge. It was internal but considered a personal damage. I can send my phone in as an insurance claim. However I would have to of waited 7 days. Can't be without a phone in Houston being from Austin, without communication. Especially when I had a very ill friend at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. Anyways, I had no choice but to buy another phone. All this unfolded on Thursday afternoon. Not a good thing. And not 100% satisfied either.
I brought my phone in because I can't send text messages & my problem wasn't resolved. They want to do a hard reset & delete everything off my phone.
