Horrible customer service and lack of proper training. I called and was hung up by Selena, who is very trashy and almost had a physical fight with, I felt like I was in high school again about to get into a fight. I didnt even confront her, I told Frank who is very helpful that I called and did not want to be helped by her since she was very rude and hung up on me. My favorite sales rep knows me before I step through the door. He is always very willing to assist me and knows his "stuff". I'm sure all the workers do also but he is the only one that I will let help me.
Anytime I have billing or technical issues I go to this location and there's always someone knowledgeable and polite to assist me.
The have very good workers, who are very disciplined and like their customers.
