TMobile has great service! My husband and I go through them for our phone service and we love it! The only thing we don't like is the Apple products. DANGEROUS!! I'm going to post an article that was on the CNN website from January 9, 2018 so everyone can see just how dangerous they are! So look on my FB page and you'll see how dangerous these really are. TMobile, I recommend that you drop all Apple products like the hot, dangerous products they are.
Currently at least an hour wait just to turn in my phones. This is why I switched to a different company. Don't ever go to this store in the mall they are grossly understaffed and unprepared at all times. I took a picture of the line but can't post it.
I went in tmobile about a week ago, and i was super stressed out because my phone bill was $168 a month for some odd reason. I've talked to previous employees via phone and they were no help, & even the customer service line where the employee didn't help me at all with getting the best deal, he just mentioned that yeah my bill was high for one line but did nothing about the situation at all.
