I will most definitely return to location. Super friendly staff as well as plenty of representatives due to this being a Corporate Store. Thus, in the shopping area, give them a visit. Fyi. They provided great technical support for information regarding Samsung and Apple Messenging.
I just went in the store to get my phone unlocked, but the employee just told me they couldn't do anything and sent me over next door to AT&T to see if they could help putting a different SIM card to see if it's unlocked. They sure didn't want to help! SMH
Don’t go there. They all suck. I went there to get a new iPhone. The guy X’avier changed my plan. And told me to back up my old phone in order to activate the new phone. Sent me to Apple Store is I didn’t want to wait there. Or do it my self at home BUT needed to call or go to T-Mobile to her service in my new phone. I hope he looses his job. Is not a good representation of T mobile
Went in to get my son a new phone, and the girl asked me to put in an order through my son's phone. I didn't understand why she just couldn't look up my account and sell us a phone. Then, when she couldn't figure out how to do that on his phone she says "I guess I can get through our system". Then asked my son for his ID. My son does not have an ID!
