Don’t go there. They all suck. I went there to get a new iPhone. The guy X’avier changed my plan. And told me to back up my old phone in order to activate the new phone. Sent me to Apple Store is I didn’t want to wait there. Or do it my self at home BUT needed to call or go to T-Mobile to her service in my new phone. I hope he looses his job. Is not a good representation of T mobile
Went in to get my son a new phone, and the girl asked me to put in an order through my son's phone. I didn't understand why she just couldn't look up my account and sell us a phone. Then, when she couldn't figure out how to do that on his phone she says "I guess I can get through our system". Then asked my son for his ID. My son does not have an ID! She didn't ask me for my information on MY account. She said she couldn't help because he did not have an ID. That made no sense. As soon as she said 6 looked at my son and said ... read more
Today I went to buy a device, I already had the line. They wanted me to download the T Life app but they weren't helpful enough, they didn't know anything about the offer I was mentioning. I've been with T Mobile for 15 years and this is the first time they've been so rude. The manager was there watching us argue and didn't even ask how everything was and didn't come when I asked for a supervisor. Terrible service, if I could give it 0 stars, I would. Noe absolutely 100 out of 10. Great customer service. Super efficient with giving me only information that I need. My son is turn 10. I getting him a new Apple Watch and because of Noe I was able to get him a new iPhone 16 for $130. WINNIN!!! The experience felt more like I was working with mobile tech concierge service. He set me up with a free Hulu account and transferred all of my son’s games from his Apple Tablet to his new gold iPhone. Huge thank you to Noe.
Went in last weekend to buy a new iPhone and add in a line in the morning. No other customers were in the store but me and my family. Three staffs were standing around looking unimpressed. Asked about buying an iPhone and the 3rd line free promotion. One of the staff told us to "go to the app".
