Went in last weekend to buy a new iPhone and add in a line in the morning. No other customers were in the store but me and my family. Three staffs were standing around looking unimpressed. Asked about buying an iPhone and the 3rd line free promotion. One of the staff told us to "go to the app". The employees were helpful enough but I have to deduct a star because there's only one meager bench for sitting near a window, if that's full your family is left standing out going outside while you take a like time working out your plan. The second issue that is annoying me is that you HAVE to install the T-Mobile app on your phone to make any changes to your plan! - Call 3 times no one answered - Went in store and multiple employees not doing anything - Asked to use the bathroom said no. - Waited 10+ minutes because their "safe" was locked out - Came back only to be told they actually don't have any inventory of the item I was looking for They're literally useless. Avoid if possible
Don't ever go here, worst store I have ever been to. The associates lie just to get you to think your plan is good, and later on, you get screwed. The only person who can fix anything is the manager, then he "can't" do anything when his employees are the ones who screwed you over. Told you're only gonna end up paying $250? Bullshit turns into $2000+ because they lie or don't know what they are doing. If you don't know what you're doing, ask for help, and don't screw people over in the process.
