Poor customer service This afternoon there were two staff members working with customers when I came in. A third one was finishing up with someone and I thought I would be able to be served, but he kept coming in and out of the room without acknowledging me or another customer waiting. Finally, when asked, he said he was on break - so he couldn't have looked up at us and set our expectations?
