My Dad (70 years old) signed up and was given a “deal” on the Internet router. He was told to try it out and he had 14 days to return. He tried to return 3 days later and the lady in the store yelled at him and was extremely short and rude, without any patience. Who yells at a customer?! He called T-Mobile since the store was so horrible. When he was signing up, everyone was overly friendly, but when he decided to return an item that friendliness went out the door. Hey guys if you need a phone go to Eva and her crew at t-mobile off 82nd & university.. They're the best. They greet you as your coming in the door and like that they don't hesitate to help you get your product going before you walk out that door!!
