I feel bad for whomever hired Rachel. Besides the unprofessional service and interruptions, completely ignoring me while I was asking questions to sit and scroll on her phone made me laugh. It also made all the other employees laugh at the next location I went to. TMobile is illegally forcing legacy customers off their plans! Everyone should make sure to file complaints with BBB, FCC, and their State Attorney General!
The service here is terrible. The staff is completely clueless about the T-Mobile packages. We recently switched from Spectrum, and it was a bad decision. The staff here is incredibly arrogant. I would give this place zero stars.
My man Martin helped us out so much. He was so patient and knowledgeable. I don’t know what he gets paid but it needs to be doubled. Every worker there had to ask him something. He is the man if your ever there get help from him, he is the man!
