Timex Family Connect-Do not buy this watch, do not even accept as gift. We purchased this for my 6 year old son as a Christmas Gift, he was very excited to receive it. However after wearing it for 1/2 the day and washing his hands once it no longer works. The store in Waxahachie was absolutely helpless in this matter. Nothing they could do because of the insurance. ITS A KIDS WATCH IS IT NOT SUPPOSED TO GET WET??????? THAY SAID ITS WATER RESISTANT BUT NOT RATED WHAT DOES THAT MEAN.

Worst customer service of ANY T-mobile I've ever been to! There were 3 reps in the store and only 2 customers but the 2 girls didn't even come out of the back until they knew the guy had started helping me. Until management does something, it will continue to happen. I'll NEVER go back to this one. It makes me want to change my carrier since customer service is important to me!
The worst T-Mobile store ever. I waited 1 hour to be helped, only to be skipped, and the person behind me who only waited 20-30mins was helped instead. Probably the SLOWEST t-mobile I have ever been in to.
It's a guaranteed minimum thirty minutes every time I come in here.
