Well I was a Verizon customer for many many years, my brother in law told me about this special t Mobil had so I change to t Mobil. BIG MISTAKE!!!! They never gave me the full amount on my account. They told me they were reimburse me on all 7 phones plus pay my disconnection feed. It's been almost a year and nothing has been done. I call I've visited the place and there is always an excused. I've try for months and they don't do nothing to help.
BEST T-MOBILE EVER TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. Seriously this is the place to go to get a phone
